Our concept of Functional Interval training means you will work your whole body with movements it was designed to do, improving functioality across daily life or any activity you are involved in, making you stronger, fitter and feeling great!
Our training sessions include a variety of exercises to keep your sessions challenging and as importantly, FUN. Programmes are designed to use your own body weight when performing functional training to ensure movement in all directions as the body was designed to.
