The Bell in Ticehurst The Bell is a unique, quirky pub, hotel and restaurant in the centre of the village of Ticehurst in East Sussex.

The pub is traditionally English, with a warm welcome and a fine selection of locally brewed real ales. There's a roaring log fire for the cold day's of winter and a flower-filled garden to enjoy when the sun comes out.

In the restaurant, the menu has a wide range of tasty home-made dishes , produced from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

If you're looking for a hotel room in the area or somewhere to stay for the night, there are seven bedrooms in the main pub, some with a copper roll top bath. There are also four lodges in the garden, including the fabulous Love Nest.

There's a function room too, the Assembly Room, which seats up to 70 guests for a wedding celebration - and you can get married there too. The Assembly Room is also a grand spot for other vents and celebrations.
