Every time I go to collect my very large repeat prescription, it is never ready. The staff say that they are a week behind. Due to other pharmacies closing. And yet they have chosen to open at 9am when they used to open at 6am. Why don't you employ staff that have been made redundant from the other pharmacies that have closed. I am eighty one years old, and I have to go back 3 a4 times to get my complete prescription. Its not good enough Tesco. You set yourselves up as market leaders. Now lead.
