Dear Chris, We would like to say a big thank you to you for installing our new stove, it is amazing and we are very, very pleased with it. The speed with which you were able to do this work between quoting and installation was impressive and was perfect for us to have (and use) in time for Christmas. We found you a pleasure to deal with because you have been very approachable and friendly. The way you work was much appreciated as well... little things stood out for us and set you apart from others: the way you took you shoes off at the front door, laid sheets across all floors, cleared everything up.. it really showed you cared about our home. We would not hesitate to recommend you, or to contact you for future work that we need doing..in fact we are hopeful that you can carry out a conversion for us next year!

We just wanted to send a huge thank you for all your help and support with the installation of our multi-fuel burner. It has been a pleasure working with you. From the moment you came to look at the work you proved yourself to be extremely helpful, professional and conscientious. You came prepared with brochures and offered ideas from the outset. You emailed pictures of previous work and we emailed you with our ideas. You explained our options clearly whilst listening and taking on board our thoughts and ideas. You were extremely patient from beginning to end, especially with your understanding about my lack of visual awareness, although you reassured me I wasn’t the worst! Our house is a bungalow and the work involved opening up the chimney and installing a stove box and multi-fuel burner. Whilst working in the house you ensured that furniture was covered to ensure as little dust as possible and at the end of the working day you cleared all equipment. Throughout the whole process we found you professional yet ‘Down to earth.’ You adhered to health and safety throughout and kept us informed of all the necessary regulations of the installation. We would definitely use you again for any other work in our home and have already recommended your services to friends and family. Thanks once again
